Ovuline, which is a mobile app to help couples get pregnant and have healthy pregnancies, pulled data from its 1 million users to put together a snapshot of a 2015 pregnant woman. Now, if you’re using an app for pregnancy, you’re probably a subset of all the pregnant women, but there were some interesting pieces of data:
The average age was 26.8. 58 percent attended college and 18 percent have a post-graduate degree. 71 percent had a job and 50 percent intend to work to their due date.
For exercise, today’s pregnant woman likes to walk and lift weights. She had an average pre-pregnancy weight of 155. She also reports feeling twice as happy as sad.
Are you pregnant and can you relate at all to what Ovuline found?
