I’ve written a lot about kids, especially teens and the use of technology and how it’s affecting their sleep. Of course, the rule of no technology at bedtime is one that doesn’t often get enforced like it should in my house … so just know that I’m just like you — I know what we need to do, but it’s a harder thing in real life.
Now a new study from Australia says technology might not be a bad thing for kids’ sleep patterns. Of course, it qualifies that as moderate use, which I’m not sure the kids in my house know what that is.
Michael Gradisar, a clinical psychologist at Flinders University looked at studies from around the world at at Flinders since 2010.

It would be great if this was true, but I’m skeptical.
